Düsseldorf – Dreams come true here: the motor yachts and sailors on display at Düsseldorfer boot are second to none. The 56th edition of the world’s largest boat and water sports trade fair opens from January 18th to 26th, 2025. Motto: “All water sports. One community.”
boot Düsseldorf 2025 is once again setting standards: the organizers are expecting 200,000 guests from more than 100 countries. 1,500 exhibitors are spread over 220,000 square meters in 17 halls (here for Hall plan). The boot remains undisputedly the largest trade fair for water sports and yachts in the world.
Anyone who wants to embark on the sailing adventure will find an excellent springboard in Hall 15: the “Sailing Plaza” and the boat “Sailing School” offer tips for newcomers, professional advice on boats and trips – and the chance to master your first maneuvers in the sailing pool with guidance.
“Boating Plaza” for yacht fans – Refit Center for boat hobbyists
Fans of motorized water sports meet at the “Boating Plaza” (Hall 3). Here, newcomers can also find out about types of boats and engines as well as the different driving license classes. Also in Hall 3: This “Sportfishing Center” with specially equipped fishing boats.
Caring for boats yourself, repairing them or expanding them: this is the place to go for do-it-yourself friends Refit Center (Hall 11). Fresh ideas, maintenance tips, basic techniques and professional tips – hobby craftsmen and experienced boat owners can prepare for the new season here.
Live performance in the diving hall – world premieres on sailing yachts
A spectacular diving tower is the attraction of the Dive centers (Hall 12). Combat swimmers, professional mermaids and helmet divers offer fascinating live demonstrations. Trial courses and workshops invite you to take part. Around 420 exhibitors show the latest trends in diving.
Day sailors, blue water yachts, performance cruisers: 86 exhibitors in the sailing yacht segment provide an impressive performance showcase (Halls 15 and 16). Whether regatta professionals or families – everyone will find the right model at boot. Numerous yachts are celebrating their world premieres. Here is a selection:

- Grand Soleil Blue by Cantiere del Pardo: With a length of 10 meters, this daysailer sets new standards in terms of sustainability and environmentally friendly boat building. (Hall 16/C40)
- Lago26 Speedster by Championships: A sporty daysailer, tailor-made for soloists, with optimally coordinated keel, rig, deck layout and sails. (Hall 16/D11)
From day cruisers to super yachts: 7 of the 16 exhibition halls alone are dedicated Motor yachts and engines (Halls 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7a and 9) Here are some examples of new products and world premieres:

The maritime experts also get their money’s worth: The ““blue innovation dock” (bid) is considered an international summit meeting of yachting experts from business, politics and society. Topics this year include: marinas, start-ups, superyachts, digitalization and marine protection.
By the way: If you come to boot by van or van, you can Caravan Center in the parking lot P1. A surf camp is being built here for the duration of the trade fair. The pitches are close to the action, power supply is possible. There are also showers, toilets and garbage disposal.
