How do you submit the application?

  • The application can either online via the Federal Employment Agency’s family fund portal or in writing by post be provided. Alternatively, you can also submit the application in person to your regional family fund.
  • In the online portal you will find all the necessary forms that you can easily fill out and send directly.

What documents do you need? In order for the family fund to process your application, the following documents must be available:

  1. The birth certificate of the child.
  2. The tax identification number from you and your child.
  3. For adopted or foster children: Additional evidence of care and concern.
