Cologne – 4 days of fitness: From April 10th to April 13th, 2025, the Fibo celebrates a big anniversary in Cologne – for the 40th time the cathedral city of “Place to be” is for all fans of fitness and wellness as well as the professionals in the industry. “For a Strong and Healthy Society” is the motto of the World Performance Fair in 2025.
Fibo 2025 has grown on 13 halls – after 10 halls last year (for Hall plan). In 2024, 129,668 experts and private individuals from 114 countries visited the fitness fair with around 1,000 exhibitors and partners. In 2025 there are a total of 1,075 exhibitors in the Exhibitor database listed.

Digitization in the Confex Hall-new wellness hub in Hall 1
A new trade fair highlight is The Confex Hall – Here is the digital future of the fitness industry in the spotlight. Tech pioneers such as Sport Alliance, Virtuagym, ABC Fitness and Enhance Fitness LLC show how smart solutions can continue studios, health centers and personal trainers.
He celebrates a relaxed premiere Wellness hub (Hall 1). This revolves around wellness and spa, body & mind – as well as longevity with an interactive experience area. The meeting is the meeting point spa & wellness with talks, award ceremonies and tied wellness lounge.
Summit of the host industry – congress for industry representatives
Hotels, gastronomy and Co. get their own stage with the Longevity & Hospitality Summit on April 10 (Confex). The keynotes, workshops and discussions are about health and gastronomy, wellness and long life, it is about sleep, psyche and the latest technologies.
For fitness professionals a must: the Fibo Congress Right next door (Confex). Whether studio operator, trainer or health service provider: From April 10th to April 12th, over 80 lectures offer current trends, research results and practical impulses. Congress and Summit require separate tickets.
A hall for bodybuilder – championships for amateurs and professionals
Bodybuilding is the heart and soul of the FIBO – fixed part of the concept for 4 decades. This tradition is celebrated in 2025: In Hall 11.1 It’s all about muscle mass, discipline and show. Visitors can look forward to cult formats such as “Rühls Best”, the Strongman Area and strength sports legends.
Highlight for bodybuilding fans are the Fibo Championships 2025 – with competitions for professionals and amateurs (Hall 11.1). Athletes from all over the world demonstrate strength, aesthetics and precision.
Football, Calisthenics and Hyrox – Award RX Female Award 2025
Live events also shape the FIBO in 2025: The Hyrox fitness competition celebrates its comeback-here the participants master running and training stations (Hall 10.1). In Hall 10.2, the Calisthenics scene shows what is possible with muscle strength, and that too Football Festival is back (Hall 11.1).
Another Fibo comeback: also the RX Female Award is 2025 back with you. The price directs the view of extraordinary women from the fitness, wellness and health industry and their successes. The renowned jury awards the price in 2 categories “Youngster” and “Role Model”.

A treat for sneaker fans is the appearance of Hypercon & Hypernedz. The fair and the shop chain offer a large selection of sneakers and streetwear (Hall 4.2), fitness, fashion and lifestyle. Exclusive models from Nike, Adidas or Jordan are waiting for new owners.
Beauty meets fitness – With talks, workshops and network events, the FIBO is devoted to personal care. Here the fitness industry meets a target group that thinks of well-groomed skin and radiant appearance, and informs itself about trends such as microneedling and cryotherapy.
