Once upon a time, in a small kingdom, there lived a king and queen who were known for their kindness and fairness. They had three children, two boys and a girl, who were their pride and joy. However, the king and queen soon realized that parenting was not as easy as it seemed. They struggled with balancing their responsibilities as rulers of the kingdom and as parents, and they often found themselves making decisions that they later regretted.

One day, the king and queen decided to take a break from their duties and go on a journey to find guidance and wisdom. They traveled for days until they finally came upon a wise old sage who lived in the mountains. They approached him and asked for his help. The sage listened to their story and then said, “You are good parents, but you must learn to be patient and understand the needs of your children.”

The king and queen were surprised by the sage’s words, but they were also grateful. They asked the sage to explain further, and he told them a story.

“Once upon a time, there was a farmer who had three fields. The first field was filled with weeds and thorns, the second field was filled with rocks and stones, and the third field was filled with fertile soil. The farmer decided to plant three different seeds in each field. The seed that was planted in the field filled with weeds and thorns did not grow, the seed that was planted in the field filled with rocks and stones grew slowly and with difficulty, but the seed that was planted in the fertile soil grew quickly and strongly.

The farmer realized that each seed represented one of his children. The first seed represented his eldest son who was lazy and did not work hard, the second seed represented his middle son who was constantly facing obstacles and difficulties, and the third seed represented his youngest son who was bright and ambitious. The farmer then realized that he had treated all of his children the same, without taking into consideration their individual needs and abilities.

From that day on, the farmer changed his approach to parenting. He was patient and understanding with his eldest son, helping him to overcome his laziness and work hard. He was supportive and encouraging with his middle son, helping him to overcome the obstacles and difficulties he faced. And he was proud and inspiring to his youngest son, helping him to reach his full potential.

As a result, all of the farmer’s children grew up to be happy and successful, and the farmer was proud to see the positive impact his parenting had on their lives.”

The king and queen listened to the sage’s story with tears in their eyes. They realized that they had been making the same mistake as the farmer, treating all of their children the same, without taking into consideration their individual needs and abilities. They thanked the sage for his guidance and wisdom and promised to change their approach to parenting.

When the king and queen returned to their kingdom, they put the sage’s advice into practice. They took the time to understand each of their children’s individual needs and abilities, and they were patient and understanding with them. They were supportive and encouraging when their children faced difficulties, and they were proud and inspiring when their children achieved success.

The moral of this story is that parenting is a complex and challenging task, but it can be made easier by being patient and understanding with our children and taking into consideration their individual needs and abilities. This is the key to becoming a friendly parent and creating a positive impact on our children’s lives.
